Dining Room
In the dining room, a fresh paint color and an updated chandelier were all it took to bring it in line with the look and feel of the rest of the house. It’s now a space that feels intentional, pulled together, and ready for special gatherings.

Entryway
The entryway was one of the first spaces that made an impression—the ceilings are expansive, and there’s an immediate sense of openness as soon as you walk in. We wanted to lean into that feeling while still making it feel grounded and welcoming.
A new light fixture helped draw the eye upward and highlight the height of the space, while a simple entry table added just enough structure and function without taking away from the openness. It’s now a space that feels both airy and intentional—an introduction to the home that sets the tone for everything that follows.

Guest Bedroom
This room came with one major advantage—the sunset. We knew we wanted to lean into that natural light and make it a space that felt warm and inviting at the end of the day.
After testing what felt like every paint sample imaginable, we landed on “Diverse Beige”—a tone that lets the sunset do the talking while still creating a cozy, relaxed feel. Our hope is simple: it’s a space that makes guests want to stay just a little bit longer.

Laundry Room
The laundry room got a refresh that makes it feel a little less like a chore (well…almost). With fresh paint, updated lighting, and new window treatments, it’s now a space that’s both functional and surprisingly pleasant to spend time in. And one of the biggest wins? Being reunited with a gas dryer—sometimes it’s the little things that make all the difference.
