The guest and half baths had seen a bit of attention over the years—counters and sinks had been updated—but everything else felt untouched. We wanted to bring them into the present while keeping things cohesive with the rest of the house. The goal was simple: neutral, but with enough style to feel intentional and polished—Sherwin William’s “Cream & Sugar” was just that.

The primary bathroom, on the other hand, came to us as-is—and for now, we’re leaving it mostly that way. It works, and sometimes that’s enough. There are a few less-than-perfect paint jobs in tucked-away spots that we’ll get to eventually, but it’s a space we’re letting evolve over time rather than rushing to redo.
And in keeping with our “this should be fun” philosophy, we couldn’t resist adding a small but mighty detail: an Elvis rubber duck, perfectly at home in its own little Viva Las Vegas moment.
